Nicole Leonard

Nicole is proud to be celebrating a 10 year career in the real estate industry. She is a true California girl, born and raised in Southern California. Nicole studied at Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business. As a child she had a passion for dance. Nicole left home to peruse an opportunity as a performer for the Royal Caribbean International Cruise Line. This experience instilled a strong work ethic and an appreciation for worldly education. Upon returning to California, Nicole began her career in the real estate industry and for the past ten years she has concentrated her efforts on creating a successful real estate career. Amazingly, in her first year, she was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” and later achieved a team honor of “Ruby Award” for over 14 million in sales volume as a top agent with Century 21 Realtors. To further her knowledge of the real estate industry, Nicole teamed up with KB Homes. She directed sales and marketing for numerous new construction projects. Her ambition and strong work ethic earned her a Laurel Award nomination in 2004 for “Rookie of the Year” and later her partner and her received Top Sales Team in 2005. After tremendous success at KB Homes, Nicole accepted a fabulous opportunity in title insurance sales with First American Title Company. She procured business at both the regional level and the national level. Nicole was responsible for increased revenues and brought a fresh perspective on the market. She made the transition to San Diego to fulfill her dream of dancing for the San Diego Chargers. During her two year tenure with the NFL team, Nicole was selected to travel to Japan, Guam, and Hawaii with her teammates to perform for the troops overseas. She also was given the honor to represent the USA in the Chinese New Year Parade in Hong Kong, which was a truly humbling experience for her. Nicole continues to stay involved in the industry by devoting time to dance education and movement through dance for Parkinson’s patients. When Nicole isn’t working with clients on land, in the air or at sea she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
