Stunning Balloon Installation Becomes the Breathing Heartbeat of London

Covent Garden has been filled with 100,000 white balloons that take on the form of a giant low-hanging cloud to precede The London Design Festival (September 19-27). Called Heartbeat, the commissioned piece is by Charles Pétillon and marks the French artist’s very first public art installation. “The balloon invasions I create are metaphors. Royal Salute Offers Epic $33K Tribute of Honour Whisky Tasting Event in London

Royal Salute traces back to 1953 when it was created by the Chivas brothers for Queen Elizabeth II during her coronation and ever since, it’s been considered to be the “pinnacle of Scotch whisky.” Naturally, the Tribute of Honour—which is considered to be the most precious and richest blend of whisky to have ever been made—was crafted using whiskies from their vault. 2015 LAMBORGHINI Huracán at The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe

Overview: Lamborghini’s new “entry-level” supercar, the Huracán, picks up where the exotic Gallardo left off. Its angular design manages to be both severe and elegant, and its stealth fighter–like cockpit is as luxurious as it is intense. Nestled behind the passengers is a 602-hp V-10 mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automated gearbox (sorry, no manual transmission is offered) and all-wheel drive, helping Lambo’s new bull accelerate from 0–60 mph in just under three seconds, and a top speed of 202 mph.
